BAE SYSTEMS APPOINTS NEW NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
BAE SYSTEMS plc announces the appointment of Michael Hartnall to the Board of Directors with effect from today; he will serve in a non-executive capacity and will serve as Chairman to the company's Audit Committee. Mr Hartnall was until recently Finance Director of Rexam plc. He is also a non-executive director of Elementis Plc and Lonmin Plc.
