Change in Management at ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH, Bremen
The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH would like to announce the following changes to the Management Board of ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH, Bremen:
Effective 1 March 2009, Dr. Ralf Kube, Chairman of the Management Board of ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH, will be assuming new duties on a higher level at the Head Office of ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems, and will hence leave the Managent Board of ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH at the same time.
In future, the Management Board of ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH will consist of Dieter Rottsieper (Speaker) and Kai Horten, both of whom are already Members of the Management Board.
The shareholders and the Supervisory Board of the company would like to thank Dr. Kube for his good work.
Under his management, the business development of the Company was most positive.
We wish him every success in his future endeavours.
