New voice recording system with true web based interface!

Storacall Voice Systems have just launched the entirely new VoistoreLive recording system, which has a true web-based interface so administrators, reviewers and agents simply require a browser and the appropriate security password to access all aspects of the system including call recording playback, reporting and configuration. Local access via the company LAN can be expanded to include access from any location globally via the Internet. Specific recordings can be searched for by a wide range of parameters and are easily retrieved and instantly replayed. VoistoreLive's new audio streaming technology also provides fast real time call monitoring.

VoistoreLive is very versatile and supports trunk-side, extension-side and IP recording in virtually any communications environment as well as integrating with a wide range of PBXs, ACDs, Turrets and CTI Middleware. Voistore allows for the creation of hybrid systems mixing ISDN, analogue, IP Voice, trunk and extension recording - a unique capability, which allows the protection of investment in legacy systems while at the same time supporting emerging technologies.

A single VoistoreLive server can record over one hundred trunks simultaneously. For larger applications, multiple recorders can be networked together with a seamless unified user interface. A full range of archive and centralised network back-up options are available to ease the management of large call volumes and reduce administration overheads

VoistoreLive uses advanced voice compression technology minimizing the cost of archive storage and the low-bandwidth audio streaming technology also means that recordings are delivered extremely quickly, minimising the risk of network bottlenecks. The advanced design allows users to search, retrieve and playback calls with impressive simplicity and speed. Searches can be made across a network or the internet with multiple recorders using channel and agent ID. Once a call has been located it can easily be saved as a file for delivery by e-mail.

Furthermore because Voistore has a modular design, open architecture and capitalises on existing familiar IT infrastructure, it is easy to meet evolving needs, including expanding capacity or adopting new technologies.
